Please help me find my old dog

Short version. I'm desperately looking to find a rescue border collie called Skye who's recently been adopted in the Lincolnshire area. I don't have any other information but I'm desperate to know that she's ok. If anyone can help, I'd be eternally grateful.

Longer version. I got this dog last year out of an appalling situation. She'd been severely neglected. She had loads of issues due to her start in life and I really struggled with her, despite having had bc all my life. She was however the most adorable dog and I've never had a bond like it before. The best thing for her at the time though was to go elsewhere, which she did. She has since been past on again and all I know is she's in Lincolnshire. I either just want to know she's happy, loved and ok or I'd have her back in a heartbeat if that was possible. Please, if anyone has any information at all, I'd be beyond grateful.

Maybe you could post this on the Lincolnshire Facebook page. Hope you can find some info on her.

Do bear in mind that the name may have been changed so it may be helpful to add a few more identifying details and perhaps a photo.

Do be prepared, however, for the new owners to not get in contact. As the owner of a dog that's been passed around a lot I would think twice before getting in touch with previous owners, especially if I thought they might want him back. He's in safe hands now, but I would be concerned about them having changed their minds or similar.

I know this is all a long shot but I can but try. I would only want her back if the new owners were struggling or had changed their minds. I certainly wouldn't try to persuade them to let me have her back.

www.facebook.com/protectingprelovedbordercollies/ just a thought. You could scroll through this page to see if Skye has been rehomed via PPBC. Collies are usually passed on to collie charities to be fostered and assessed before finding their permanent home. Good Luck! 🍀
