Just wanted to share this with likeminded dog lovers. We brought our pooch home one year ago today!

We rehomed him after his previous owner passed away (family member of a friend of ours). He's an old dog, was almost 10 when he came to us. He's got me through the most difficult period of my life, dealing with our infertility, and has been my best pal throughout our adoption application and has completely charmed our social workers too!

Thinking back to how different our lives were this time last year is really eye opening. We are in such a better place now and I can't wait to bring our child home next year and for our pooch to be their best friend too!

Aww We are celebrating Ferns gotcha day today too. Been a fantastic year and she's grown into a wonderful young dog. Couldn't imagine life without her. Here's her pic of the day we brought her home and today
