Has Burns changed their dog food recipe? Give me dog food recommendations please.

My lurcher is 7 and has mostly been fed Burns lamb and rice since we got her 5 years ago.

I know the size of the kibble changed recently and think the recipe must have as well. I've noticed 3 changes. My dog's poos have changed, the lawn now goes yellow when she wees on it and she smells. She emits a smell through her skin that wasn't there ever before, except when we changed her dog food once before to a cheaper food.

So, I'm going to assume the recipe has changed. It seems like too much of a coincidence to notice these 3 changes around the time the kibble appearance has changed. In which case, what should I change her on to?
