10 month old lab x with a lump on testicles - hand hold needed.

DDog is a lovely 10 month old lab x who loves to sleep on his back with his legs spread, while he was dozing at my feet today I noticed he had a lump on his left testicle. Luckily we got to see the vet this evening and she wants to castrate him and send the lump for testing. He's booked in for the operation next Friday. We won't know any more until the results come back but I'm scared it's something nasty.
We weren't going to castrate him but we don't have a choice now, hopefully it'll al be sorted with the the op.
