Pregnancy and fur removal

Hi,
My beautiful dog had puppies about 4 months ago. During the pregnancy she bit all the fur off her chest. After the pups had been born it grew back. However now she has started to bite it off again. Nothing in our situation has changed except for the fact that I am pregnant. Do you think my pregnancy hormones may be stressing her out and causing her to self remove her chest fur? She did not do this at all prior to her pregnancy.
