He was 4. Swallowed a bone and it ruptured his insides. I'm devastated. A beautiful golden cocker spaniel.

((((HUG))))

I am so sorry 💐

I was expecting a tale of a poorly dog, not that. What a horrible shock for you. He was a very, very beautiful boy xxx

My blue roan died many years ago now, age 14, but also after an accident. I stilll miss my wee girl very much.

It's heartbreaking xx

Oh my what a terrible thing to happen . Such a lovely dog in the pic and can imagine in nature too . Spaniels are defo one of the loveliest dogs .
You will be in shock bless you. Write down your feelings and cry when you need to . Keep copious cups of tea on the go .

Our beloved pets are never just animals but fabric of our lives . Much loved
It may help to go to a garden centre and buy a pot of snowdrops . Right time of year for blooming . They will bloom again each year . Sentimental maybe but it helped me to look at them in the house at the time and watch them outside planted every January .

Oh what a beautiful boy. I'm so sorry he's gone. Hope you took lots of photos of him. Find a lovely frame and get your favourites on the wall. I love looking at photos of my dog who we lost over the summer.

Exit - he was in the countryside with us over the weekend, so it's suspected he found it while running around.
He was still a baby. Sad and now he's gone

Oh I'm so sorry! It's such a shock when you lose them suddenly. How old was he?
Look after yourself, you'll need the space and time to grieve for your lovely boy but the happy memories will come to the fore after a while and you'll be glad for the time you had together.
Flowers and a big unMN hug.
