How to help my 8 yr old lab - ds3 is 10 days old - dog started peeing in the kitchen...

Dog had peed in the corner of his area of the kitchen twice in 2 days once yesterday afternoon and once this morning.... he's used to being shut in there when we have visitors so yesterday shouldn't have been any different but of course we have a new baby..... oh and we did give him a bone that the older ds bought the dog for xmas....

About a week ago dog did a tiny little pee on the carpet in the front room which he'd done with both other ds when we brought them home which I had assumed was marking and hadn't worried about....

but the pee in the kitchen was a larger so feel like its about the dog feeling left out or ill or something more.....

Any advice to help us him?

Take him to the vet to see if he has a UTI. And make sure he gets lots of opportunity to go outside for a wee.

Are there any other behavioural signs? If not UTI then consider senile cognitive dysfunction (dementia) a medication called selgian can help
