Feed separately. If your chosen food is of good quality and fresh, don't question yourself, just put it down and leave it for 20 min. Don't add meat, gravy or anything else. Pick up after the time. No comments and no coaxing. Repeat. No treats until she is back eating.

As my old boss used to say "I've never seen a dog lying dead of starvation beside a full bowl of dog food". It's nerve wracking pressing the reset button as villainous describes and sometines takes several days but that's what you need to do. If you start adding gravy etc to adult dog food you will have to add more and more and more (BTDT...we had to do as villainous suggests to reset).
Keep taking her for plenty of walks to get her good and hungry (though not in the heat of the day if it's warm where you are, esp as she's a brachycephalic breed). Seven is not old and she will cope.

Have a look at Millies wolfheart there food is suitable for pups and adults so that would solve the problem they could both just have the same. It's a very high quality food so you don't need to feed a lot. My pup really is thriving on it.
