Dogs fouling in house - possibly pregnancy related

We have 2 dogs both around 3 yrs old, I'm 7 months pregnant.

Over the last few weeks they've started to go to the toilet in the house despite previously being well house trained.

They've pee'd on the bed and yesterday both pissed and shit in the house when the back door was wide open!

We've recently renovated so the house is different but we've been moved back in for months and apart from the odd marking wee they've been really good it's just the last few weeks.

I think it's related to my pregnancy but at a loss what to do about it? Any suggestions?

My previous dog used to become a incontinent whenever she was in season, I think to do with being very swelled up down there.

They are both spayed, I'm the one who is pregnant.
I'm thinking it's an issue with them sensing the baby? But don't know what to do about it?
