Want a decent dog bowl mat

Hi,
can anyone recommend a really good mat for a dog food and water bowl. I have a very messy boxer and over the years have tried many different varieties of mats sold in Pets At Home etc. all of which have been crappy. I just want a nice looking, super absorbent, machine washable, large enough mat!
Any recommendations? TIA
