Puppy in season?

I think my five month old puppy is in season - I saw some blood on her back end this morning. Is this really early? I've found conflicting opinions online.
She had also started humping my five year old daughter (!), weeing in the house and is very clingy with me. Are these all symptoms? I was all prepared to research this but it's taken me by surprise!

What breed is she? 5 months is early for some, not for others.

They do sound like season symptoms.

Is her vulva swollen? Is she a small breed? They often start their seasons at a younger age than bigger breeds.

She is a JRT x Pug. She does look swollen, yes.
