Spayed female, but humping and licking herself

My dpup is now 1 yr and 3 months old and was spayed when she was 9 months old.

The past few days she is licking her genitals all the time, and also been humping our old male dog which is unusual for her. Also, she will not leave him alone, he likes to lie in the kitchen and she will be in another room etc, but during this time she hasn't left his side. Even sleeping with him in his bed at night. Our old boy is neutered.

Can female dogs who are spayed still have symptoms of being on heat? She isn't bleeding or swollen. I don't know if its worth mentioning, that the day she was spayed, that morning she came into heat and was bleeding. The vet still spayed her though, just said that she did bleed a little more than normal.

She's been a bit quieter than normal, but I have put this down to the fact that dh is away for work at the moment, and she does act a little odd when he is away. (she wont look at me for the first few days, sits with her back to me, basically ignores me unless its dinner time)

Would this worry you? I am not sure if this is something normal (i have only had a male dog previously) or if it is something I need to see the vet about.
