Took my eyes off her for 10mins and she can't walk on left hind.
She's put a little weight on it since but I can see obvious swelling and it's sore.
She's OK in herself mostly...bit pissed off she can't run around but eating and happy to chew.

She's due the vets on Monday for her 2nd lot of jabs....do I wait or try and get her in beforehand?

I swear this is worse than a baby.Hmm

agree, its horrible when they are sore and cant tell you how bad it is. remember this when our lab was a pup.

we always spent a fortune and took him to the vets, probably more than we had to as the vet usually said just rest/give light meals/wait and see most times.

if she still looks sore in the morning I would err on the side of taking her to the vets at least to get pain meds (our vets open on a Saturday)

took ds to the gp less when he was a baby!

Not sure if it was a typo. If you can't see swelling, I'd be tempted to keep a watch and potentially wait till Monday. If there is obvious swelling I'd definitely take her in. Having seen how dp's arm swelled up with a tiny fracture, any swelling could mean bone damage. (she probably stepped on a Lego and is sulking)

With a puppy that young if there is obvious swelling and ongoing pain I would get her checked by your vet sooner rather than later.

As there's obvious swelling I'd definitely take her in before Monday. I tend to err on the side of caution with very young pups anyway and even if there was no swelling or obvious injury I'd still nip her to the vet unless the limp was dramatically better in the morning.

Was all set to take her up this morning but she's back to normal.

Not sore, no swelling, running around like a complete twat and annoying everyone...managed to jump off the sofa while I had a heart attack Hmm

Very weird!
Going to attempt to keep her quiet until Monday and get her looked at then.
