Visible worms in my dogs poo. What sort?

Noticed today, they looked like meal worms. They weren't round worms which she's had before. They were short and had the little ridges down them like meal worms. Same colour as meal worms.

Pictures suggest tape worms are flatter and these weren't flat.

I've worked her today just to get rid of anything. She is fairly frequently wormed but also eats cat poo in the garden. One thing that did cross my mind is that she's escaped into next doors garden a few times over the last few days. They have lots of bird feeders so I wonder if she has found some meal worms and eaten them?
