Our new puppy was born last night !

I am so happy I could burst. Dd 16 was there.( bitch is her best friends mums dog ).
Whole family have been txting with Xmas related names.
We have waited 10+ years for us to be in a position to have a dog and we are so happy

What breed is it, are you having a bitch or dog and finally, did you let your dd choose which one to have.

Mum is a springer/ lab and dad is a lab, so crossbreed with a lot of lab in. Were going for a dog ( lots of choice) and dd will be choosing, as she knows mum really well , but were waiting untill the personalities start to show It will be dd's dog, but a family pet iyswim ?
If I figure out how to do photos I will put one up.
