Raw feeding again

We're just starting this process so please be patient while I ask a novice question.
I gave my pup a chicken wing yesterday and while he enjoyed chewing on it he refused to eat it in the utility room and took it outside...good so far but then he decides he wants to carry it around my kitchen stopping periodically to have chew - I can't have raw chicken on my floor! So do you insist he stays outside with his bones?

We are just starting our puppy on raw food but no bones yet and was wondering the same. I have a toddler too so raw bones hanging around won't be great. I was wondering about old towels in her crate for bedding and give them to her in there?

He'll probably stop this behaviour once he gets used to raw food and just want to eat it as quickly as possible.
In the meantime can't you take the food off him if he starts wandering about with it? Just keep putting it where you want him to eat it, he'll soon get the message. My 2 dogs know they have to stay put - outside in their corner of the lawn or on plastic mat in utility room - if they want to keep their food.
