Some of you may remember me as I've posted a couple of times since we lost our lovely old girl. One was asking re rescue dog via puppy, another about our home check and a third about raw feeding.
Well we've now become proud parents of Larry the 1 1/2 year old Bull Terrier. There are pics on my profile. He was found as a Puppy in an appalling state with virtually no fur due to demodex and a heart murmur. He was kept by the lady that rescued him for just over a year but due to her personal circumstances she had to reduce the number of dogs she had. His skin has had a relapse but we decided to take him anyway and give him all our attention (and money).
He has a lovely nature it seems and has been brilliant with my little boy. Super on walks, met joggers, cyclists, horses, cows and plenty of other dogs and brilliant with all of them. I do think he would quite like to 'play' with the Swans however.

Have you read "When Pigs Fly! Training Success with Impossible Dogs" by Jane Killion?
That has a bully doing agility on the cover. It was a real inspiration to me when my terrorist terrier-X was being challenging. We've cracked it 95% of the time now.
