Just watch that he eats and drinks normally.If he starts vomiting or doesn't pass bowel movements for some time, then you need to consult a vet.
My old dog managed to get and eat a whole chicken carcass out of the bin. We had gone out for a few drinks and came back to bits of stuffing all over the kitchen floor.Anyway she was absolutely fine afterwards luckily. Needless to say chicken bones went straight in the outside bin after that incident.
99 times out of 100 dogs will eat that with no problem, I used to live in Greece and they give chicken carcasses to their dogs all the time
