In MB, there is a group that is hoping to get our license plates that read something like, Spay/Neuter/Don't Shop/Adopt or Foster. I think it's a great idea!
I have my Chia booked in to get fixed next Fri! :)) To many pets in the pounds and at no kill shelters needing a new home...
