I wouldn't think it was advisable to do so. Perhaps go and see the nurse at the vets for advice before seeing vet .
No you can't use it. The vet may be able to remove it though.

I would get it checked it out by the vet, especially if you are uncertain about the cause of the scabbing, it could be skin cancer. Best to check.
Please do not use human meds on your dog, having spent an hour clearing up the mess an owner had create by using TCP on the sore on their dog's foot I am currently on my soap box. Get Thee to thy vet for advice.
