Did anyone else snurk at this Daily Mail (sorry) story about Matt Smith 'canoodling' with his girlfriend? (and then feel slightly soiled for reading it?)

A bit long lens and peeping Tom were some of those photos. Know what you mean about feeling soiled....

Cannot wait for the finale - and is Rory just a generated fake or will he be back?

I spoke to my Dad about the episode today - he reckons they are going to bring back into it the bit in Wales where Amy and Rory were waving to themselves.

Wasn't Rory some sort of Rory-shaped robot? I don't remember the original Rory having a gun inside his hand.

Maybe River and the Doctor both go back on their own timelines and she kills the Doctor & is imprisoned for it, except that she doesn't kill him, she sends him back into his proper timeline - and maybe that's when he tells her his name...

Yay, thank you for starting a brandspanking new thread Jackie,

I like the idea of the Doctor crossing his own time line, but I really would like Amy to be actually really no-we're-not-kidding-this-time dead because I'm a bit cheesed of with people coming back all the time or not being properly dead. My kids would hate it though, they love Amy Pond, even the three year old.

I think it will have something to do with Little Amy.

SaintIncognita · 22/06/2010 21:33

Yeah - something to do with that odd bit in the first episode where it sounds like the TARDIS is dematerializing while little Amelia waits.

This www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00sxfc7 on the BBC website seems to indicate you're right about Amelia......

This is the first time I have ever watched doctor who. I have absolutely LOVED it - it has been the best thing on tv for months. Award winning.

Just thinking - can she 'remember' the doctor back into existence? She remembered him for so long, from when she first met the 'raggedy doctor' to when she met him again, her memories (which have also created the whole Stonehenge thing) are obviously important.

however much you might dislike Amy Pond she is nowhere near as annoying as the forever snivelling, doe eyed nitwit called Rose. oh my goodness was i glad she got posted to another reality/dimension or whatever.
