true, but i know i could never hide that ammount of spending from any of my family.if i shop in Mand S instead of tesco my dh thinks i've won the lottery

I do think working as a secretaty in a place like Goldman Sachs must be a bit surreal.

There you are on what £25-30k a year adn the guys you are working for are earning £millions just in bonuses alone.

Not an excuse for her, but I suppose she just thought she deserved some of the big bucks too!

Also, do you think it was right to do a docu-drama about the whole thing when the child is presumably highly identifiable at school etc/it's very exposing for him.
S'pose it's a chance to see Meera Syal on TV, it's such a rare treat after all...

And when GS did some major deal or merger or something a few years ago, they shared the profits across the whole workforce, whatever their status within the hierarchy.
