am watching but seem to have gone glazed since that shot of Henry having his medical treatment.

I liked Henry's hair better in the last series.

I am that shallow.

I love it, Charles Brandon is so very pleasing on the eye

Yes, I miss Anne. Jane is wet and the new mistress-y type is singularly lacking in personality/charisma...

I am quite keen on that one with the eyepatch (as long as he keeps it on). He shall henceforth almost be my replacement for the leather clad one in Robin Hood.

who's he mean tto be, Mr eyepatch then?

I missed the first half hour. Sir Francis - but Sir Francis who?

(Who is it on MN who is a total Tudors expert? Is it you beansprout?)

henry? Na, how are they going to age him??

She died in childbirth, giving birth to a boy, so sad. Then he married Anne of cleves didn't he?

Not yet clary.

Clary · 22/08/2009 01:01

Actually she didn't die in childbirth, it's a common misconception. Edward VI was christened and she was there; she died of puerperal fever some days later. Still sad of course.

yes not sure how he's going to get older. Not stalkign you btw fluff. Have just posted on yr other thread.

I must go to bed even if you are not tired.

Anne of Cleves - Joss Stone

Am I the only one who can't wait for this? It makes me laugh just to imagine it - seeing it on screen is going to be priceless...

I missed it - wahhhh!!! Does anyone know when it's on again?

Report
Clary · 22/08/2009 22:49

Report
cornsillk · 22/08/2009 22:51

Thanks Clary - have now found it but my PC is so old and crappy the sound is out of time with the screen. I'm waiting for ds1 to fall asleep and then I'm going to pinch his lap top. (salivates in anticipation...)

Did you get your bag clary? I can't find the thread

Report
Clary · 22/08/2009 23:53

no, remembered we needed school shoes (x3) and also trainers for DD for school so our big empty day was rapidly swallowed (as was my money ).

Spent the rest of the day in the garden playing badminton as no appetite for further shopping. Hope DS liked the climbing wall

he did once he stopped moaning. It's not good for little hands, he's not got alot of muscle either so it was tough for him. It did encourage him to stop and think before he acts so it's very useful!

I hate shoe shopping! I bet it was mad this time of year.

yeah we ran into DS2's new teacher and were amused that we were both so organised we had decided to do this on a Saturday!

But I looked at my diary and realised it was today or, erm, well Sept 5 really

Luckily we got sorted and actually DS1 didn't even need any! result!
