Come on, some of us have backpacked in Asia.

(India, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam Cambodia in my case)

He's got me looking in the obscure shelves of
the local super for Kaffir Lime Leaves etc. I cook thai almost every night at the moment.

I used to dive with Filipino lads in the oilfields of the Arabian Gulf and eat food with them.

Me too. Really enjoying it - combines two big loves - travelling and food. The only thing that escapes me is the use of galangal - never really sure what to do with it.He mentioned it in the Cambodia show I think.
