Such cute babies

EccentricaGallumbits Wed 01-Jul-09 19:48:20

can't help yelling at the TV. STAND UP WOMAN!

Scary for her though.

Also pointed out to DH that had she made it to hospital she'd more than likely ended up with a section.

must stop getting overinvolved

princessmel Wed 01-Jul-09 19:48:49

Poor dad missed it, he was told to go to hospital, and went , and then it all happened at home!

jooseyfruit Wed 01-Jul-09 19:51:20

Jeez. That was hard work watching that, i was pushing too.
The paramedic sounded soooo relieved when it was over!!!!
Gorgeous ( slightly blue!) babies!!
Am weeping a bit too!

cookielove Wed 01-Jul-09 19:52:17

ones called phoenix whats the other

princessmel Wed 01-Jul-09 19:52:56

Ashanti

EccentricaGallumbits Wed 01-Jul-09 19:53:44

And another thing. 2 lots of paramedic crews watching the poor girl.

And If the baby is born at home allbeit accidentally. and everything is fine nd hunkydory, what's the point of being transferred into hospital?

princessmel Wed 01-Jul-09 19:55:19

One of the twins looked like it needed help to breath. And they were 5 weeks early.

Agree about the audience. Maybe its because of the cameras.

EccentricaGallumbits Wed 01-Jul-09 19:56:39

oh i'l give them that one then.

princessmel Wed 01-Jul-09 20:02:54

lol

cookielove Wed 01-Jul-09 20:03:57

my 15 year old neigbour went into labour at home went to hospital and was sent home, she got home had a bath then really wanted to push, they called the midwife and the paramedics, so she lays on her mums bed, the midwife arrives with her student midwife, and then two paramedics arrive and then an on call doc, bless her she has an audiance, but no camara crew

saggyhairyarse Wed 01-Jul-09 22:05:58

I think he was first response and they arrived to transfer but were too late as she better where she was.

She did well to push two babies out, one breech, on gas and air!

aw just watched this on iplayer -brought a tear to my eye

miniandme Thu 02-Jul-09 15:42:23

Yip 2 crews were because there were twins too as in case first baby had to be rushed off,she would have been transferred just to be checked over and babies were 5 weeks early, really felt for the dad when he came in and first saw his gorgeous little girls.
Said to dh see at least i didnt make that much noise grin and yes i did have twins on gas and air lol !!

Eccentrica- I was feeling like that. Plus 'yu need to get that babies head out stop screaming and use the energy to push'

think shes did bloody well though considering
