My DH is in the local Irish pub watching it (he's supporting England!). He'll be out all night so I'll be on MN all night ! Hope it picks up a bit, it has been so quiet today.

Kipper is finished and the footie is on!!

MunchedTooManyMarsLady Sat 26-Mar-05 15:23:53

Ah well Merlin, it might get the ball rolling lol.

Of course can you imagine, it gets down to the wire and you have to call him home and he misses the end of the footie coz his new baby needs him lol.

I remember England Germany in one of the Euro semis and my friend went into labour. It was all we could do to get her hubby to take her to the hospital before the final whistle. Men! lol

Lunavix, you just can't stop 'em.

swiperfox Sat 26-Mar-05 15:29:16

They're all just as bad Mars. I went in to have ds last june when euro was on and dp went home to pick up dd bring her to the hospital then spent the afternoon sat on the end of the bed watching England v Switzerland and me with a 2yo, a newborn and a bit of a large scar to deal with!!!!
