So, I think my favourite was 2, it was very different, but I loved the docks stuff and thought that Frank Sobotka was such a good character. His little face!

You do have to stick with it, Margo - I actually didn't like it to start with, because it makes you work - doesn't give much away, doesn't explain v. much, so it seems confusing, and they speak so fast! But I kind of treat it like Shakespeare - love the language, don't understand it all, and the stories are brilliant. It's really worth another go.

Season 4 easily the best for me, though. The kids are amazing.

I've seen this mentioned a few times. I've looked at the description on Amazon. I'm a bit tempted to go the whole hog and preorder series 1-5 for £90ish - or I could just try series 1 for £15ish, then it won't matter too much if I hate it. My question is though, for those that love it, which other series do you like? For example I didn't watch 24 - couldn't get into it, but loved Lost.

Daniels is obscenely muscled.

This is one of those topics where the amount I have to say is just too big to come out.

Five comes lower because of the SK angle, it worked in the end but we were definitely a bit and Freamon had started to irritate us both slightly in his one-dimensionality by this point.

Having said that, I still absolutely loved Season 2, just not quite as much as the others.

There are some classic comedy moments in 5, off the top of my head, the Quantico profiling and Namond getting into the car.

I think the best actor is Andre Royo (Bubbs). I well up just thinking about some of his scenes.
