It is very confusing isn't it. I have seen the double opener and gleaned this. Her partner John was working for "the other side" in some capacity but what he said to her before he died indicated that it wasn't all that clear cut.

They were going to talk to him after he dies, I remember the crazy man talking about talking to corpses up to 5 hours after death.

It is very odd, are you sticking with it? I will give the one that was just on a go and decide then. I do love old Pacey

Oh shit forgot to watch this on Sunday.
I'm sure it's repeated?

the baddies that revived him are the ones at that Dynamic place, with the scary woman with robotic arm, she was there when they wheeled his body through.

Im going to give this another couple of episodes and see how I feel, its a bit of Lost/X-Files/Invasion all rolled into one. I like Joshua Jackson though so thats helping

Don't like the main actress though, she looks a little lost. Maybe she will grow on me.

TwoFoggy, it has been a long time since Rambaldi

Thanks ,I found it on Thursday, at least with Sky you can be sure it's going to be repeated loads during the week!

Every time they do a new program, like Fringe, I remember how great Alias was. I miss it. There is room for a new series of Alias, Arvin should still be alive and the daughter was spy potential, I live in hope!

I think Fringe is quite good, I quite like it, and if they can make The Pattern interesting and mysterious without being annoying I will keep watching

Hubby had an "issue" with them retrieving the "last thing she saw" from the murder victims eyes. He said surely the last thing she saw would have been when she was laying on the table and therefore wouldnt have been the bridge?

I had to explain its sci- fi you have to suspend logic (or does using a muscle relaxant render you blind?)

Still managing to suspend my logic enough to enjoy it.

Pretty much like all the characters (Joshua especially) but not keen on the female lead either...I do wish someone hadnt mentioned her pouting on my last thread I hadnt noticed it until then LOL

Can I say that John died and they didn't revive him, they used that technique to find out what he knew - in previous scenes they had said you could communicate with the dead for up to 6 hrs after death, hense bionic woman asking how long he had been dead.
Well, thats my understanding!!

The pattern is the name of the "seemingly connected events" which defy human nature / understanding, there have been a series of events (such as the plane incident and the granddad baby) which are all connected, mostly because of the research completed by the scientist dude before he was committed.
