Never being able to be alone, in case they fall asleep and injure themselves.

DS2 and I were chatting about this programme this morning. He'd seen it advertised. He was so sweet about it, v sensitive and understanding, I explained that it was a debilatating illness, feel SO sorry for people suffering with it, must be awful

I used to fall asleep in the pub... all sorts of places

Sometimes - and this is bad - I'd use it to my advantage and fake an episode when he got too verbally abusive

I'm watching. I have Narcolepsy but thankfully nowhere near as bad as these people do and I don't have cataplexy.
