anyone addicted to Battlestar Glactica?

I am really enjoying this boxset. Odd because I don't like sci fi but really enjoying it, does anyone else watch it?

wow, that's a good response, didn't think it was that popular. we have all the seasons so far, and like you bossykate, we are awaiting s4 next month. we are nearly on season 2, I just can't get enough of it, as soon as ds is in bed at night, we get battlestar galactica on straightaway!

I do find Gaius quite annoying at times. anyone else?

Gaius is a bad 'un...there is a mumsnetter (can't remember who) who shared a flat with him when he was at college. Apparently he was a very nice guy, but quite vain!

Lee Adama (Apollo) is also British.

My DH is in the RAF, and one of the things that really impresses him is the correct language they use for all the aerial comabt sequences. He says it is the most convincing stuff he has ever heard (including films that purport to be 'earth based' war films! ) and that all the radio communications/briefing and battle plans are spot on.
