Hi darling.

Apart from SkyOne mix, which I don't have, is the new series of 24 repeated anywhere this week?

Many thanks

doggiewalker Thu 03-Feb-05 20:43:35

I'm sure it will be MTMML, hopefully RTKM will be able to help you but if not look in this weekend's TV pages, I'll try to remember to look for you myself.

And if you're really stuck, I could send you the tape of the 1st and 2nd which were shown together on Sky 1 although we haven't watched the 2nd one ourselves yet.

MunchedTooManyMarsLady Thu 03-Feb-05 20:46:59

doggiewalker, you are about to become my bestest friend

doggiewalker Thu 03-Feb-05 20:50:01

[big dog eyed look]

You know the doggie (!) is womans bestest friend, especially the one who is prepared to commit to watching a whole series of 24!!!

doggiewalker Thu 03-Feb-05 20:51:15

Don't know if that made sense!

Anyway, if you're stuck, CAT me and I'll get that tape sent out to you.

MunchedTooManyMarsLady Thu 03-Feb-05 20:53:01

I haven't seen 3 yet. In fact I was pregnant during series 2 so am half way through the DVD set, couldn't bring myself to start series 3 and so missed it. However, my darling sis has told me that this series is nothing to do with the first three and has lots of new characters. So of course I was at a party and missed it! Bugger! So much to catch up on. But I am committed to watching the whole series too.

MunchedTooManyMarsLady Thu 03-Feb-05 20:56:07

consider yourself CATed!

doggiewalker Thu 03-Feb-05 20:56:50

Yep, and as soon as you start watching one that's it you're hooked.

Yes, so far there are only two characters from the last series. Seems OK so far though, gripping stuff.

We missed series 1, saw 2 and 3 all the way through though and I suppose we'll be watching this one too now until the summer!

lilibet Thu 03-Feb-05 20:58:12

oooh - I love 24. Have you spotted the fellow who played the litte boy in Witness yet?

doggiewalker Thu 03-Feb-05 20:58:47

No? Whats this?

MunchedTooManyMarsLady Thu 03-Feb-05 21:00:12

I'll do you a trade doggie, would you like to borrow my DVD of series 1?

doggiewalker Thu 03-Feb-05 21:01:48

OOh now there's a thought. I might take you up on that MTMML but there's only so much watching you can do !

MunchedTooManyMarsLady Thu 03-Feb-05 21:03:16

It's very very very good.

go on..... go on.... go on........ You know you want to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RTKangaMummy Thu 03-Feb-05 21:05:16

RTKangaMummy Thu 03-Feb-05 21:07:49

9:00pm - 10:00pm

Sky One

VIDEO Plus+: 18001
Subtitled, Widescreen

Day 4: 9:00am to 10:00am

As Jack Bauer's fourth "worst day ever" enters its third hour, he's having trouble keeping the terrorists in his sights. Tracking them with Chloe's assistance, he is forced to watch helplessly as Andrew is tortured for information. Curtis meanwhile uses tough techniques to question Heller's son as Driscoll resumes his search for Jack. The series is shaping up well, but the clock-ticking device is just irritating now.

Kiefer Sutherland, Sarah Wynter, Carlos Bernard

MunchedTooManyMarsLady Thu 03-Feb-05 21:19:23

Still needed Doggiewalker. Reply to my CAT with your address and I'll put the DVD in the post. With my memory I need to be doubly sure of seeing 24. Can't let my new bestest friend down now can I?

doggiewalker Thu 03-Feb-05 21:53:58

ee ee MTMML. Okey dokey I'll prob be getting the tape out to you then on Monday (presume you've put your address on CAT, if not you can give it to me over the weekend) so you'll stil need to tape episode 3 on Sunday.
