Thanks RTKM

Nearly forgot.

Totally wiped out this week. Went to Dublin for the W/E and DS slept until 8/8.30 a.m every morning which he never does.........came back feeling like I could run a marathon... two days in work and I am poleaxed.

The joys of motherhood.

Drat! My browser wasn't working, and in the meantime, Kanga's pipped me to the post! Never mind, this is what I was going to say:

Update for gobbledygook:

Episode 1 begins with improbably elegant, soignee american suburban supermommy & wife walking up improbably elegant steps to her improbably perfect clapboard house with her voiceover saying [paraphrase here:] "After yet another day spent polishing the perfection of my routine, I've decided to end it all..." In the background, there is the sound of a shotgun....

The rest of the episode follows the speculative conversations of her (also improbably beautiful, rich, but underneath-it-all deeply dissatisfied) friends [including Terri Hatcher (single mom of teenage daughter) a bored trophy wife (whose name I can't remember), Bree (who tries to be Mrs Perfect, whilst her marriage and family slowly disintegrates beneath her) and a harrassed erstwhile supermom of four kids under the age of 6, discussing why she did it. There's also a plumber (single man love interest) who, it's hinted at, is not really a plumber, but a mystery man on a mission.

Can someone else take over episode 2, cos DH has just come home and HE WANTS HIS DINNER!!!

(And I've saved up all my week's ironing ready for episode 3. How desparate am I?!)

I've just realised, after several days of raching my brains, what RT means in your name Kangamummy.

You are the radio times aren't you

Oh my, if I had to hide my naked self behind a post like that string bean of a human, there would be a hell of a lot more on show!
I love this programme, but can only identify with the harrassed SAHM!

Just tried to google it and you wouldn't believe some of the sites that come up for Desperate houswives (knowing you lot though, you probably would guess!) TV Tome is a good site if you want to know the episode breakdown info. but I'm not going to tell you!!
