That baby is gorgeous!

Why can't ALL kids get that level of sex-education??
That 13 year old looks MUCH older!

there was a girl in my school who carried on going to our upper school right up until the day she gave birth then did the work at home til she could come back 1 month later to sit for sats. Whats the point of having a school like this?

Yes, but bad enough.

I can't imagine how a child of 13/14 is supposed to be a mum

i had mine at 16 but even i cringe when i see 13/14 year olds with children or pregnant. I feel like shouting at them and telling them about my life!

Report
MissingMyHeels · 12/05/2008 21:20

The point is them continuing with education - they can't pay for childcare.

Are they actually telling teenagers your body was made for this?

that teenager very sensibly said yeah but not at this age age that midwife basically disagreed and said yes it is...

Will they be allowed home births?

The baby's head is magic!!

How sad, some of the questions they are asking. They are soo young.

I agree that the babies shouldn't be "ashamed" but do you think that if it were more "Shameful" for the Mums, they would be more careful?

I think so yeah most young mums i see nowdays feel like the baby is an acssesory or a ticket into an exclusive group its just wrong. The ones that do it on purpose i have no idea whats going through there mind.
