I thought the young boy was very creepy, he was a really good actor.

I had the same question so I found and watched this YouTube explanation.

The answer seems to be in the colour of the tops worn by the two Grimas!

Oh thanks I'll have a look. I thought they deliberately didn't show the colour of the tops when they got to the final round of Russian roulette so hopefully this explains it.

Just finished watching this last night! (And very late to the game as usual…)

I loved it so much. I loved the two Magneas (police chief wife) driving into the volcano together, Thelma and Louise style. I also loved that Bjorn decided to stay in Vik and get to know his father and sister. And the child who played Mikel was brilliant; so sinister!

I’ve spent far to much time today wondering which Grima died (I must watch the video posted upthread), but at the same time I wonder if it really matters? The “original” Grima obviously wanted to die enough to suggest the game. Either she got her wish, or if she did survive and not the “copy” Grima, she’d obviously decided to try and let go of her grief and start living again.
