Any social distancing or masks this year? Or will they just do the sensible thing and isolate all contestants and test test test before they get into the villa??

I've watched a previous series but have to say I cannot stand Whitmore. She takes herself so very seriously, have you seen her being interviewed? She actually revealed her baby was a girl herself publicy but when Lorraine congratulated her on her dd due soon she got all sniffy with her for saying baby girl 🙄

Anywayyy. A bit of lighthearted silliness to watch is maybe what we all need at the moment!

I'm in for Love Island but I also don't like Laura Whitmore - takes herself far too seriously and also seems to forget where she came from regarding celebrity gossip in her early career etc!

I do think Iain is funny and love his commentary though!

Really hope they have no mention of Covid on it at all - fingers crossed they have all isolated together and so there is no need for any measures!

She was awful to a journalist over her baby's name.

Actually just after the first series of LI, Iain did stand up at Edinburgh Festival.
My BF went to his show and he put a sign on stage saying, "I will not talk about LI"
I didn't watch back then so didn't think much of it but now, WTF?
Er sure, that's where most of your money and fame comes from.

my dd says that it's mostly influencers and kids of celebs - apparently gordon ramsay's daughter too? - who are going on it? i don't know where dd gets her info from but i'm taking anything i can re: love island.

can't bloody wait.
agree am not a fan of whitmore. she seems to lack personality and niceness. emily atack would be far better, says me.

The pair of them filmed themselves being filmed by a pap at an airport, after Caroline Flack's death. Clearly wrong and intrusive but they were both saying 'we are grieving and this man is filming us!!!!'. All seemed very odd.

They seem be the 'look at us!/don't look at us!!' celebs.

Cannot wait! LI is my guilty pleasure and got me through a very long induction with my middle one during a heatwave in 2018

I used to like Whitmore but I didn’t like her attacking the person over her baby name and also recently she posted a picture of her out in the park Muslin full on covering the car seat with the baby. People
Pointed out it’s a risk for over heating and she attacked again (there was no visible gap).
