What did Phil say to Jase at the end of last night's Eastenders?

When Phil went round to see Jase, and Jase thanked him for 'saving the day' by telling the thugs that they were wanted for questioning re Honey losing her baby (although she didn't) Phil said "I didn't do it out of the kindness of my heart" and then I think he proceeded to say something else to Jase, and Jase looked quite stunned. DH distracted me at that moment (damn him) have I missed anything crucial?

Dont you feel Phil is abit past it now tho.... I thought it was odd that he (and Grant) managed to beat Johnny Allen - he was a much better gangster. I think Phil is past it and in real life someone like Jase would not be scared of Phil.

I agree about in RL someone like Jase not being scared of Phil. After all, Jase was involved in that gang with Terry and Bird and co for a long time, and if anything, Phil would have been scared of them.

Saw on the front of some trashy mag in a shop that Bradley has a new job. It said something on the lines of "market traders realise Bradley means business with new job".

Gawd he's not the market inspector now is he? Quit his banking job in the city to become an east end market inspector. LOL
