Radio times isn't bad - you can choose which channels to add.

I have DigiGuide it is a subscription service its £8.99 a year (well it was when I last updated my subscription) IMO its good value for money and worth taking a look at. It has an easy to read grid format and you can choose channels to add like radio times but there's a lot more e.g it can remind you when favourite programmes are on or programmes featuring a certain actor etc.
