Tbh is the first time she's reacted vaguely maternal!! I think she's in denial somewhat, that if she let's the boys do it and goes off to the places they say then she'll feel happier, rather than accepting that lots of us feel shout in those early weeks and it's normal. That's my sympathetic interpretation interpretation.

Just caught up on this week's episodes. Bea annoyed me so much I was yelling at her again and had to fast forward. Why the fuck can't she leave elly alone she's only living 2 doors away, get over it.
Yashvis boyfriends was lecherous and pushy to the point I was yelling at him to back off.
I quite like roxy now, which is surprising as she was really annoying when she first arrived.

I was a bit at Elly's "and you want to be parents?!" line. I can't really see what they'd have done wrong if they were Aster's parents... Surely the line should've been more like "you might want to be parents but you can't have my baby!"

Why do they keep going on about how young Pierce was?! Presumably if they were in a relationship then she was young too & he just left her to get on with it?! No-one's excusing her not making the best parenting decisions because she was "young", how come he's allowed to get away with it?! Besides, he was 18 when Hendrix was born but didn't they say the relationship broke down a while after that? Maybe when Hendrix was 2? That puts Pierce at 20 when he walked away from his child & early-mid 20s when he chose to take money to father another child he wouldn't be there for. At what point does he stop being young enough for people to excuse it?!

Oh, & where did she get sufficient money from for it to be enough to be Pierce's start up fund? Was she already a professional with a successful business? In which case, ick at her dating an 18yo! Did her parents pay? There's been no mention of any grandparents so far, has there?

I think she's meant to be a fair few years older. Maybe it wasn't a huge amount but just that initial investment.
I thought the new reveal was that they weren't together until mystery daughter came along, they broke up straight away but she reconnected with him to get pregnant again but told the kids they'd been together all that toem to make it less weird.
