So Nate is here to stay (unfortunately)

Will Rhona and Graham make it to France.

Does Santa know how naughty Archie has been and will his mother ever cop on at how hurt he is.

How many Christmas dinners will be ruined with fighting this year.

Glad it’s not just me. For the first time ever I am fast forwarding through whole scenes.

Can’t be bothered with the Malone thing.

Can’t bear listening to Harriet witter on.

Can’t listen to the one whose name I can’t remember , ex drug addict whining about her kid.

Can’t watch Dan after his fall/ allergic reaction.

Can’t listen to the one in the cafe, who gave Dan the nuts.

Paddy shouting at his kid, completely out of character.

Rishi has become a parody of himself.

On a more positive note:

Cain is still brilliant.

Lauren isn’t as annoying as she had been.

Belle and the vet storeyline is vaguely interesting.

Agree Mairyhinge I only half watch it at the moment, completely lost interest, find it very boring at the moment

JaneJeffer Fri 08-May-20 19:28:29

I'm sick to the back teeth of Malone. Being three times a week is worse because it's being dragged out and if it's not finished by the end of May it'll be back again sad

Dotty is so cute.

Mairyhinge Fri 08-May-20 19:17:36

I really really don't enjoy emmerdale at the moment . I'm glad it's only on 3 times a week and it still feels like a chore to watch it! I'm almost at the point of giving up, but I've watched it for ever! Since emmerdale farm, Annie , joe, jack, Amos and Mr wilks!
But it's dire right now. Very boring and I agree with all the pp about malone, don't get it and don't care!
I need the producers to promise it's gonna get better, soon!!

JaneJeffer Fri 08-May-20 19:10:26

And there she is...

JaneJeffer Fri 08-May-20 17:09:53

I honestly think the Emmerdale Twitter account is run by a pervert.

RaraRachael Fri 08-May-20 10:17:55

JaneJeffer I agree. I wish more young girls looked like Isobel, instead of clones of each other with their dip-dyed hair, slug eyebrows and orange faces. I was very impressed by Viinie's playing and singing last week too. I see it's Dawn next week. She is also very pretty, and very tall so I wonder if she's done modelling before.

these sessions are a lot more enjoyable than the turgidness that is the Malone story grin

This weeks song. I'm really enjoying these. Isobel is so naturally pretty. Nice to see a young woman without those mad eyebrows grin

RaraRachael Thu 07-May-20 19:43:25

I'd forgotten about you know who. Maybe she's making arrangements to become Bob's 7th??? Wife I've lost count

ellenanora5 Thu 07-May-20 15:26:17

I hope Andrea keeps up pretending she doesn't know about Jamie and Belle, love watching Belle squirm, awful person that she is.

It's Wendy Rara I'm scared to type her name in case she appears.

Is anyone watching the Thomas brothers trip to India, Mancs in Mumbai? It's a good laugh.

RaraRachael Thu 07-May-20 10:45:37

JaneJeffer have I missed something? Who is "you know who".

Why don't Billy and Cain record Malone, or is that too simple? confused. Billy had ample opportunity when he met him behind the shed.

JaneJeffer Wed 06-May-20 19:12:00

Eve looks like Bear.

Jojoanna Wed 06-May-20 08:57:35

I prefer Emmerdale 3 times a week although I am lost with the malone cain etc storyline

Bellagio40 Wed 06-May-20 01:45:45

Good point @JaneJeffer!

JaneJeffer Tue 05-May-20 16:37:40

At least we don't have to put up with you know who!

PlopTeeth Tue 05-May-20 16:17:08

I find that it is helping with the show not being on every night in that the storylines don’t seem quite so tedious.

When they go back to filming, I would rather have quality rather than quantity, maybe just stick to 3 eps per week with the odd occasional hour long episode if it’s a big storyline.

The Malone/Cain/Billy thing makes no sense whatsoever having seemingly come out of nowhere. He had history with Will not these two.

Nospringchickendipper Tue 05-May-20 16:12:19

I don't know what type of audience Emmerdale is trying to attract but a story line about guns, drugs, violence and bent policemen are hardly what most people want to watch.
Story lines like this are better suited to a drama program after 9pm.

JaneJeffer Tue 05-May-20 15:31:37

I don't understand why he has it in for Cain and Billy. It's stupid.

Nospringchickendipper Tue 05-May-20 15:20:16

I have no idea what is going on with the Malone story line.
Not sure if I really care either.
Emmerdale has had some good story lines, this definitely isn't one of them.

Bellagio40 Tue 05-May-20 15:03:59

Same here @RaraRachael. It’s so tedious.

RaraRachael Tue 05-May-20 07:23:29

I'm so fed up of the Malone story. I can neither remember, nor do I care how it all started or how Billy and Cain got involved.

Jusf finish it ASAP.

ellenanora5 Tue 05-May-20 00:06:52

I thought the same Jane where is Amy, the mother who came back from nowhere and insisted she was only interested in Kyle's best welfare.

Also going back a few weeks when Dan had the allergic reaction to the sandwich, Amelia, Kerry, Mandy and Dan have been really nasty to Brenda, but I don't remember Dan checking the ingredients before he ripped off the wrapper and started eating it, I know it wasn't labeled properly anyway but he never actually checked did he.

God I hope Belle leaves the show, she's bloody awful.
