So having binged my way through greys during my maternity leave (thankfully I really enjoyed season 14 again as it was starting to get a bit boring around season 12!) Just wondering if it's worth watching private practise or station 19. Has anyone watched them? Don't want to start watching it and feel like I have to get to the end if it's not worth it! Grin

Private Practice: yes, it's good.
Station 19: not from what has been shown so far.

How have you been watching it? Is to streamable from anywhere? I want to watch but it's not on Netflix...

I didn’t think I’d like private practice but I did. Station 19 I’m a bit mixed on as I love Chicago fire and found that better. That said it’s early days.

I borrowed the DVDs of Private Practice from a friend. It was originally shown in parallel with the middle seasons of Grey's, so there is the occasional cross-over.

Thanks, I had a quick look for where I could watch them & station 19 is on sky box sets now but looks like I'll need to dig a bit further to find private practise!

I did see somewhere that they think station 19 will cross over more with greys in season 15.

princess I’ve binged watched Greys from January never having seen it b4 & am now fully caught up. Feel bereft! Not keen on a station 19. Roll on series 15.

I do suggest Private Practice

Private Practice is OK but not a patch on Grey's. I bought the first series on Amazon Prime but am reluctant to buy the second as it's quite pricey for a not-great series. I want to try Station 19 as it has some crossover. I'm bereft now I've finished Grey's and wish I could experience it for the first time all over again!

Just noticed these other messages 🙈
I know Furrycushion I loved greys, especially at the start. I did kind of fall out of love with it around season 12 but thankfully I thought season 14 was a lot better Smile

Station 19 is a bit hit-and-miss but it's not awful.

Private Practice was okay. Worth watching if you love Grey's. Station 19 is rubbish IMO

I started watching station 19 last night but didn't manage to watch much of it, I did laugh at the couple kissing in the changing room within the first 15 mins or so, Shonda Rhymes likes a good workplace romance, the on call room in greys has seen more action that most couples in their life time 😂

Try The Resident. I am enjoying it so far (not as much as Grey's) I've read it is based on true stories and it's nice to see Matt Zuchery, I liked him in The Good Wife.

i watched a series called royal pains on prime before starting greys

It was entertaining in an un stressful way. Just really easy. It’s about a concierge doctor in the Hamptons

I’m just finishing season 8 of greys so have a few months I reckon before I too am bereft!

thanks, I'll give them both a watch.
I've watched so much greys on my maternity leave I feel like I should be going back to work as a doctor 😂😂

I'm a bit jealous Ridingthegravytrain enjoy!
