Am I being daft re Vincent/Aidan/The Albert? How is Vincent signing it over to Aidan any worse than selling it and giving Aidan the money?

I think Vincent was going to sell it at a very reduced price in order to get a quick sale. He had then arranged to give Aidan whatever amount he had agreed and he would keep the rest himself.

Signing over the deeds directly to Aidan means Aidan gets a lot more than the arranged figure and Vincent is left with nothing (which was Aidan's plan all along).

Me too! The paedophile/nonse accusations were embarrassing and distasteful to watch, another EE low. I think all the constant drama - births, accidents, murder, chess boards is to conceal the fact there is no real character development or worthwhile dialogue.

The only thing I liked a bit was the new "hard girl" (yes another one!) in the cafe who actually sounds like she comes from the East End proper! And her standing up to Stacey character (which I can't stand, so sanctimonious). Martin acted quite well too. It was annoying the whisper thing though.
