What else is good to binge watch?
I've seen broadchurch.

Going through a terrible time and need the distraction of a boxset that is enjoyable but can also sort of wash over me.

I really like Sally Cartwright as a tv programme writer.

Looked it up and I've already watched it, just forgot.
You know when you really get into a series and feel sad it's over and want to find something similar... I've really enjoyed watching strong female leads and don't want to watch men. I'm sick of watching men. Sound like a raving feminist but everything is a male lead and so many female-orientated shows are frothy and shite or downright weird (hello dr foster)

Last Tango in Halifax is glorious. I’m rewatching it on Netflix and enjoying it so much!

Last Tango is very female led, written by Sally W and has the amazing Sarah Lancashire!

Also, The Replacement, though that probably qualifies for the Dr Foster weird award. Grin

I loved The Tunnel which is a remake of The Bridge which was also good.

And yyy to Line of Duty but you must start at the first series.

The Danish Killing is better than the American one, IMO.

The Good Wife has a LOT of excellent female characters of varying ages. It's soapy in a good way, meaty, topical, fabulously acted and often very funny. I think there were seven seasons in total and I'm very envious of anyone who has it all ahead of them!

DCI banks, unforgiven, unforgotten (dont know which is which but both good, one by SW, the other has Nicola walker in from both LTIH and scott and bailey )

Unforgotten is really good.

I second Line of Duty and Silk.

Life on Mars, Ashes to Ashes?

And I know it's not remotely related to any of the other things mentioned upthread but I am loving Nashville right now.

No Offence is brilliant, very dark humour and great cast.
