Oh my goodness. I've just seen the trailer for the new series.
I cannot wait until Wednesday.
Tom Hardy and Cillian Murphy swoons

I'm so excited about this that I finally joined Mumsnet for real after four years of lurking.

I'm a bit late to the Peaky Blinders party but Cillian Murphy has reached places that had remained untouched for decades.

I'd never seen Peaky Blinders up to two weeks ago...so I watched the whole lot together. Absolutely loved it!!! I can't wait for the next series.

gingercat02 Sat 04-Nov-17 16:37:24

I love it too but we'll have to hang on for another week. It's 15 November the new series starts

TheweewitchRoz Sat 04-Nov-17 23:01:58

I’m late to the PB show - is there a way to watch series 1-3?

MinesaPinot Sat 04-Nov-17 23:38:38

I know!! I've been wallowing in the trailers. Cillian Murphy and those eyes and cheekbones!!!!

I. Cannot. Wait

BlindyPeakers Sun 05-Nov-17 06:43:41

TheweewitchRoz series 1-3 are on Netflix.

TheweewitchRoz Sun 05-Nov-17 12:48:06

Thanks Blindy - think we’re the only people who don’t have Netflix blush. Annoying if there’s no other way!

DeadDeadDeadRose Sun 05-Nov-17 19:31:52

Ooooo is series 3 on Netflix now? I watched 1 & 2 a while ago and 3 wasn't available.

BlindyPeakers Sun 05-Nov-17 19:47:27

Season 3 was definitely on Netflix a few weeks ago (when I binge watched it blush).

TheweewitchRoz - sorry don't have any other ideas. There are some episodes from series 3 on iPlayer atm but that doesn't help you much.

MrsGrindah Sun 05-Nov-17 19:53:42

Can’t find Season 3 on Netflix...it’s on Iplayer but only 3 episodes...hope they show the rest before Season 4...

BlindyPeakers Mon 06-Nov-17 08:53:20

That's weird. I still have season 3 on Netflix. It's the UK version.

youngestisapsycho Mon 06-Nov-17 11:26:47

Season 3 is def not on my Netflix yet... I watched seasons 1&2. I read somewhere that BBC don't allow Netflix their Tv programmes till a year after broadcast?

youngestisapsycho Mon 06-Nov-17 11:28:37

From some webpage.....

Peaky Blinders season three will finally be released on Netflix in December.

UK fans of the BBC2 series set among the gangs of 1920s Birmingham are able to binge watch the first two series of the hit drama.

But while viewers in America and most of the rest of the world can watch season three on Netflix, those six episodes will not be available until the end of the year here.

youngestisapsycho Mon 06-Nov-17 11:30:06

That means they will be released AFTER series four of the drama is shown on the BBC.

American viewers were treated to all six episodes of Peaky Blinders series three appearing at the same time on May 31, even before they had all been broadcast weekly on BBC2.

But the deal is different in the UK, as the BBC doesn’t like Netflix showing its programmes until at least a year after they have screened them.

DeadDeadDeadRose Mon 06-Nov-17 11:55:26

Well that's just shit! So by the time season 3 is available, season 4 won;t be on iplayer anymore...

youngestisapsycho Mon 06-Nov-17 12:08:18

I know angry... I'm going to record series 4 so I can watch it later once 3 has been on Netflix.

youngestisapsycho Mon 06-Nov-17 12:09:11

and season 3 was on BBC2 in May 2016 so its well over a year ago!!

BlindyPeakers Mon 06-Nov-17 12:15:30

I do live overseas so maybe that is why I can watch season 3 although I have a UK Netflix account.

OstentatiousWanking Mon 06-Nov-17 15:08:55

Series 3 is being repeated on BBC starting on Thursday 9th Nov. Starts at 00.50 and it looks like they are showing an episode a night. But the times are varied.
It's the only series I haven't seen yet so I've set up a series link smile

magicstar1 Mon 06-Nov-17 17:44:34

I watched 1 and 3 on Netflix and season 3 on sockshare.net if anyone wants to try it.

magicstar1 Mon 06-Nov-17 17:44:55

Sorry...1 & 2 on Netfix

youngestisapsycho Mon 06-Nov-17 20:55:13

Thursday 9 Nov is episode 4 of series 3.... I just looked on iplayer and episodes 1-3 are on there!

VoodooCat Mon 06-Nov-17 21:03:09

Yep. Sorry. I was way too excited and got the date wrong. It's like waiting for Christmas as a child!

VoodooCat Mon 06-Nov-17 21:06:02
