Anyone watched episode 1 yet?

I was incredibly infuriated by 1) not much happening and 2) the whole bloody town thinking it appropriate to hang out for hours in the hospital waiting room. Ooh Fred is in intensive care? Quick! Fetch Josie and the Pussycats!

I am very interested in where they are going with this series though, hospital waiting room gripes aside.

Yes me! Yeah I agree with the hospital waiting room, I couldn’t understand why both Betty and Veronica’s family were hanging about there all day (unless they had something to do with it 🤔). I loved the look of the show, like how the medical staff all had what looked like 50s uniforms and Cheryl’s whole look with the white and the red lipstick again.

Yes the styling was fantastic. Cheryl especially. I do love that her behaviour is getting more and more bizarre too.
When she said she will tell people what actually happened in the barn... it was a while ago I watched s1 what was she referring to?

I enjoyed the episode but also thought it was strange everyone was hanging around the hospital! I read that Sabrina the teenage witch will be in this season, not played by Melissa Joan Hart though

Didn't Cliff Blossom hang himself in the barn?

I think Betty and her mum were there because they were neighbours and Betty and Archie grew up together. Everyone else, I agree.

As I remember it, he killed himself because it had come out about him killing Jason, but there was also something about them actually dealing in heroin. But I can’t remember if everyone knew about that so maybe that’s what Cheryl is threatening her mother about?
