Previous thread here.

Onwards from the costumes of Film Week to the even more costumes and hair and make-up and contact lenses of Hallowe'en... Hopefully this thread will a have a couple of nice tasteful weeks, but we'll see grin

I love it really not the faffing glitterballglitterballglitterball

Thanks Polka
Marking my place smile
I find I don’t enjoy ITT very much anymore so I generally just stick to the main shows but don’t like to miss out on the MN gossip

Clawdy Mon 09-Oct-17 20:18:54

Marking my place too!

Am I the only person who thinks the glitterball emoji looks like a grenade? [sorry, sorry]

SchadenfreudePersonified Mon 09-Oct-17 20:33:34

Glitterball emoji? Is THAT what it is?

I thought it was a mummy - what with Halloween coming up and everything.

GrouchyKiwi Mon 09-Oct-17 20:53:11

Placemarking too, I haven't actually seen saturday's episode yet!!

CaveMum Mon 09-Oct-17 21:01:28

Thanks for the new thread.

I've been catching up on ITT (I record it as it clashes with the kids bedtime) and just watched Friday's episode. Interesting to see the Pros talking about their favourite dance scenes from the Movies. I loved that Diane's favourite is the opening scene from Bring It On - it's one of my guilty pleasure films grin

OneInAMillionYou Mon 09-Oct-17 21:46:16

What's happened to Karen Hardie (sp?) on ITT. I used to enjoy her analysis of the performances.

Theromanempire Mon 09-Oct-17 21:47:14

Love the thread title grin

Do you think that secretly Simon has had enough n wouldn't mind being at home?

Checking in – thank you, Polka.

bonfire, yes, I agree Simon isn't that bothered. grin

bonfireheart Mon 09-Oct-17 22:31:57

I was quite annoyed by colleagues today who said "oh Debbie has got over the death of Paul quite quickly." How do they know? I lost my mum last year, I cry at home but in front of everyone else I'm happy n laughing n trying new stuff. Maybe I'm being a bit precious but it really irked me! Good on Debbie for not disappearing and making the most of her life.

bonfireheart Mon 09-Oct-17 22:32:46

Plus if she was crying over Paul on the show people would say she's after the sympathy vote :/ strictly is not X factor.
