Thank goodness cuppatea! Was trying to work out how I felt about the 'ending'.

I thought that was it. Was thinking surely that can't be it that's odd. Glad there's more episodes.

Simon is the perfect pantomime villain.

CuppaTeaAndAJammieDodger · 20/09/2017 14:05

And what was the house sign all about? When they were leaving in the car it said To Let, but in the photo she sent Simon it said For Sale - either shit continuity (surprise surprise) or she's having Simon on for some reason.

TheNaze73 · 20/09/2017 14:06

The To Let sign was the neighbours house who's going to Edinburgh

Ahhhhhh - thanks TheNaze73

Yay, found it!
I love and hate Dr Foster in equal measure.

Wonder where Gemma's going?

I've got it recorded for tonight. It's bad, but I feel like I'm committed to see it through to the end now!

Signing in too. There is another DF thread on here but it's at 1000 messages and I can't post on it!

I thought last night's episode was really good. Very different to the past two. Looking forward to the last two now.

I thought last night's was better, still unbelievable tosh but less unbelievable than in the previous weeks. No-one ever does any work though and the teacher not having given Gemma the push by now is very unbelievable. You've got to be tough to work in a state secondary school, he is unbelievably drippy. They should have Greg Davies, the teacher from The Inbetweeners, although if Gemma had him she wouldn't look twice at humourless scheming Simon

It did seem like a final few scenes didn't it.

Agree last night's episode was very entertaining. (If we ignore the awful table shagging and crouching naked in the corner, whilst teenage son is wide awake, walking around and practically in the next bloody room. Oh he heard you? Well colour me shocked. 🙄)

I didn't want to throw Simon Smugchops off a bridge quite as much either and I have pmt so that's saying something.

Loving 'War of the Rises' Grin

Obviously the poster meant 'War of the Roses', as in the divorce between Mr and Mrs Rose iirc.

Dr Foster is absolutely bonkers, but so watchable, I may even be sad when it ends.

Simon can only hope news of him shagging Gemna never comes out to Kate. It inevitably wiill as too many people know/heard. I reckon we are in for a Kate showdown next week! I reckon in the last episode Gemma and Kate will join together in claiming their revenge on Simon.
I am desperate to know whst was the gift Gemma gave Kste in ep.1!

Problem for me is I have little sympathy for any of the characters, even the young son. I'm finding I can't stand Gemma with her face-pulling and lank hair. Part of me hopes Simon is OK at the end, though not necessarily with Kate. Maybe he will be a harassed single dad bringing up a difficult teenager and a lively toddler.....

I get exhausted just watching Gemma....
She manages to go to work, run out after an hour without any explanation, stalk her son in school, stalk her ex, go clubbing, drink like a fish and still her hair and make up remains immaculate!

Dowser · 20/09/2017 17:38

My sympathy lies with James, the boyfriend/ teacher? I think
He comes across fairly normal... for now
Did Gemma shag Neil in the first series... or was that someone else
Yes to two lots of house signs

Yes, time for a Kate showdown.
Wonder what the present was too

Anyone else find Neil's wife... Anne? A sandwich short of a picnic

Quite like ros too, she seems normal... ish
