I'm very excited about it! Objectively, the last series was a bit rubbish but the quality of the acting, the MN threads and Miller's orange parka made it all worthwhile

According to the Radio Times, this series is better than series 2 and possibly even than series 1, so I'm anticipating good things!

I loved series one until the big reveal which I had guessed some weeks before. I enjoyed series two though!

Yes although series two wad poor in comparison to series one.

Loved s1. Thought they could have ended it there. Wasnt too enamoured with s2, they ought to have done a totally different case. Eagerly anticipating this series as I think theyve realised that doing more of s2 wouldnt work.

Love the new additions to the cast.

I don't know how I'll cope. I'm a latecomer to Broadchurch and binge watched series 1 and 2 on catchup. I was so brilliant, how will I cope with a week between episodes?

Lilleybug I would have thought so, they usually make each series of these drama things standalone. They might even have a recap at the beginning.

Fingers crossed that it will have no connection to Series2. tbh all I remember was a lot of MNers being distracted by the fence building of the main 'baddie' , the story was nowhere near as good as Series 1 and it was beautifully acted.

I'll be watching. Loved series 1- cried proper tears and everything! Series 2 was dreadfully disappointing so am hoping the hype is true and it's back to series 1 quality.

My only problem is it's on at the same time as The Walked my Dead- don't know which one to watch and which one to record!
