Nick Skelton as he shows that age shouldn't be a barrier - and he's a lovely man

NoTractorsAtTheTable Sun 18-Dec-16 19:20:15

Nick Skelton - childhood hero smile

WallisFrizz Sun 18-Dec-16 19:21:07

Max Whitlock or kate Richardson walsh. Both inspiring. Although they all are!

braceybracegirl Sun 18-Dec-16 19:22:55

Or Mo. The Olympics were great!

AmIthatbloodycold Sun 18-Dec-16 19:23:14

I do love Nick. But it's got to be Andy Murray. Again.

peponi Sun 18-Dec-16 19:25:31

Andy Murray.
Close second Alistair brownlee and one of the kenny's

AllThePrettySeahorses Sun 18-Dec-16 19:25:50

Andy Murray. Wimbledon for the second time plus world no 1 - should be Sir Andy by now.

LineyReborn Sun 18-Dec-16 19:26:18

Andy Murray's achievement has been immense. But haven't they all?

It's tricky one. Such bloody awesome women and men.

Which is good.

Silvertap Sun 18-Dec-16 19:26:30

Max Whitlock for me

ilovesooty Sun 18-Dec-16 19:26:41

Claudio Ranieri - coach of the year. Brilliant!

I expect Andy Murray will win again.

poochiepants Sun 18-Dec-16 19:27:09

If it's really based on personality, then Laura Kenny gets my vote.....

MinniesAndMickeysNeedCounting Sun 18-Dec-16 19:27:30

Andy Murray for me, what a year he's had

Polkadotties Sun 18-Dec-16 19:27:32

I would love Nick Skelton to win but I think Andy Murry will win

MiddleClassProblem Sun 18-Dec-16 19:30:01

It's such a shame that Andy got world number one on an Olympic year. It's such a big deal but our olympians really deserve it too and in many ways have been more inspiring whether it's age, over coming a fall, near disqualification or para Olympic doubles. I'm a tennis fan so I think it might go that way.

MiddleClassProblem Sun 18-Dec-16 19:30:42

Can't help but feel proud of them all!

pieceofpurplesky Sun 18-Dec-16 19:30:58

Alastair Brownlee. After helping his brother across the line.

Grumpbum Sun 18-Dec-16 19:32:41

Nick Skelton

Hulababy Sun 18-Dec-16 19:32:56

Ii know Andy Murray got world number one this year, but would prefer it to be an olympian this year - and he has already won it in 2013 so not like it would be a first for him.

MiddleClassProblem Sun 18-Dec-16 19:33:52

Andy won last year too

Hulababy Sun 18-Dec-16 19:33:55

Oops and last year too as well didn't he?

SherlockPotter Sun 18-Dec-16 19:34:37
