Dh is supporting Ore , I'm torn between Ore as an inexperienced starter and Danny because I like Oti.
I've never gone into a final this indecisive!

I've watched a few snippets of ITT and Danny comes across really well, more so than on the live show. I think it's hard balancing act for someone like him. Either he says "oh I found that hard" and cry like Ore - people wouldn't take him seriously. Or he could be "yeah that was easy" and everyone would say he was arrogant and smug. I think that's why he can come across as personality-free-zone because the less he says the less people can use it against him.
But when I look back on this series the standout dances for me will have been his and that's why I want him to win.

I am hoping for not a Louise win, but agree with a pp that Danny has been my favourite dancer to watch, although I loved Ore's jive.

I seem to remember enjoying Jason Donovan and Kristina's showdance at the time as it had proper dance content rather than just a load of tricks and lifts.

Looking forward to tonight's show and not really bothered either way who lifts the glitterball.

Not sure whether anyone other than fiderer_can access this but a contempowafty wet freestyle Oti will have seen in her first season. Do hope it didn't inspire her (her sister who is a judge loved it) because it did nothing for me. That said it was a Eurovision song I think rather than Adele power ballading.
Fid DH says Adele is considered funny in German because of Ade in bavarian so meaning "little bye" is my sense of humour lacking or is that just a case of Okay, then Or am I mistranslating and it's more like a global superstar being called Cheerio.

What Oti wants
I just want a freestyle to Metro Station Shake It. Not a lot to ask.
Let's drop and one of those salsa drop things then straight into a
tango bit verse one. Then into the chorus with the girl doing a latin move (^If she does it like this will you do it like that if she touches like this will you touch her like that if she moves like this will you move like that come on shake shake shake shake shake it) if she moves bit with female pro or sleb doing a move followed by the male until shaking in unison. Then a bit of Paso in second verse OR into the interlude with a kicking chassis thing then chorus copying her my awesome moves bit again.

^ This is one of my fantasy routines. DH says it makes a change from my usual routines in my bread which involve me going into the light. Think Anton and Lesley's tango but me as the ghost with better music.

Metro Station sadly has only ever been used for a jive:

but the music's faster, the opening pose is a bit twerky, the duckface is annoying and the pelvic thrusts irritating. they speak very highly of me ^Other than that it's good. Was week two, she had shoulder/back problems so no tricks (although I thought lifts weren't allowed in the jive) and she was an older contestant.

I need to get out more.
