Too posh to parent

£200,000 a year on 'parental outsourcing' but one of her three children have car seats.
And her chauffeur doesn't seem to know what a seatbelt is.

Money can't change stupid.

I am going to watch this on catch up as I'm at work but I know it will make me mad.

I'm watching. I wonder if the people featured knew what the title of the programme would be before they agreed to do it? It's obviously designed to be fairly judgmental and the title doesn't leave anything to the imagination in that sense!

I'm watching

Oh how the other half live ey?

Watching this makes me appreciate my children more. They may not have the best, but they love everything they do have

But apparently stupid enough to want to go on a programme like this.

£2k to potty train a child?!?

Report
Smartiepants79 · 05/09/2016 22:25

Channel 4.
Can't get over the car seats!
Vegan, yogic, no cakes, sweets or fun in that house by the sounds of things! Working for her would be awful.

It cost me about £10 to potty train my children. £5 for a potty and £5 for carpet shampoo.

I'd happily hire myself out to be a glorified arse-wiper for £2k a pop (£1,990 after costs).

My heart is breaking for Connie the nanny, she's had more time with those kids than her own. The world sucks sometimes Sad

Report
MadameCholetsDirtySecret · 05/09/2016 22:37

The Fanta mother is setting the nanny up to fail. She should have told her clearly what she expected why didn't she show the nanny how much food to serve, and ask for a salad? Nasty.

Love these programmes, even though they wind me up. I'm sure I've seen the mum with the Phillopino nanny on other programmes like this. Felt sorry for the Phillopina nanny, missing out on her own children's lives.

I did think the ski nanny served huge portions. Surely she should have known better. The salad comment was a little rude.

Nothing new about being too posh to patent. Royalty have been at it for generations. I was watching the Tudors recently, not much parenting from Henry or his wives.
